The DTLA Arts District is BOOMING! On the eastern edge of Downtown Los Angeles, the city favorite is mostly composed of industrial buildings dating from the early 20th century. As Travel + Leisure put it, the DTLA Arts District is going through a “rebirth.” Adding to the neighborhood, Resident, an authentic hybrid neighborhood bar boasting an intimate entertainment and live music space along with a lush open-air outdoor beer garden.

Open for brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner, patrons can choose from a thoughtfully curated menu by gourmet food truck KTCHNDTLA located on the terrace.  Also unique to Resident, the venue pours draft favorites and specialty cocktails from a vintage trailer, as well as inside the music venue.

Resident prides itself on serving not your average “bar food,” actually the menu is pretty impressive. From crispy brussel sprouts and falafel to pulled pork and BBQ chicken there are dining options for every diner. Another notable item about Resident is the cocktail menu! Take a look below at some of our favorites!
